Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides a service intended for credit decisions, employment screening, tenant screening, insurance underwriting, or another purpose governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). The resource identifies Saginaw County and Michigan criminal-record channels. It is neither a private investigation firm nor a consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This is a private reference resource with no government connection. It does not keep official criminal files, retrieve records, conduct official checks, or submit documents for visitors.
Its purpose is to identify Saginaw County custodians, including the sheriff and jail, the 70th District and 10th Circuit courts, Michigan State Police CJIC, and the Michigan Public Sex Offender Registry. It may also connect visitors to outside search tools.

3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Information obtained here or through a linked service may not be used to harass, stalk, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone. Such conduct may violate law. The Michigan Sex Offenders Registration Act, MCL 28.721 to 28.730, creates the public and law-enforcement registry system and its duties. Michigan PSOR information is provided for public safety, never for vigilantism, harassment, employment blacklisting, or housing discrimination.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and do not create consumer reports, credit reports, or background checks. Our advertising partners likewise do not offer tools here for screening job applicants, evaluating rental applications, setting insurance rates, or assessing credit. You may not use this site or a linked tool to:
- Evaluate a rental or housing application
- Make a hiring, firing, or other employment decision
- Set an insurance premium or assess creditworthiness
- Determine eligibility for a license, permit, or public benefit
- Carry out any other FCRA-regulated decision
Any check needed for a regulated purpose must come from Michigan State Police CJIC when its official process applies or from a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.
